For two nights in June I’m teaming up with the Aløft crew for an unforgettable final weekend of Dark Mofo.

Bringing my Thai influence and love of native ingredients to the spicy Aløft vibes, views & service, you can bet local, seasonal and foraged produce will be at the heart of this collaboration.

I’ll also be filming my next ‘For Now’ series while I’m there, so it’s set to be one for the books!
